How do I get a free quotation?
It's really simple, contact us via telephone or email and we will arrange a day and time that suits you to come and complete a quick pre-move survey. We can also arrange a video call with you or take an inventory over the phone.
We will then send you a same day quotation via email.
How do I book my removals day with you?
Again this is really simple, just contact us via telephone or email to let us know what date you wish to move and we will get you straight in the diary and get you a confirmation email out.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
To secure your move date with us we require a 25% deposit.
How and when do I pay?
The balance is due on your move day, the deposit paid will be deducted from the balance.
We accept payment via BACS (direct bank transfer), cash or payment over the phone.
When is the best time to book my removal in with you?
If you're happy with your quotation and wish to book please let us know as soon as you have a fixed removals date.
How do you protect my home and contents?
Firstly we are fully insured with goods in transit and public liability insurance.
On move day all our vans come kitted out with floor protection, quilted furniture covers, protection blankets, straps and wrap.
All this is included in your quotation.
What areas do you cover?
We cover both local and national house moves.
Our local services cover Nottingham, Newark, Mansfield, derby and the surrounding areas.
Our national service covers the whole of the UK.
Can you dismantle and reassamble furniture?
Absolutely, we offer a full and part dismantle and reassamble service.
Can you supply packing materials?
We supply a full range of packing materials delivered direct to your door to cater for any move. All our materials can be found on our website under the Packing Materials tab.
